Information camping ground
A warm welcome to Björkbacken's hostel! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. If there is anything you need help with - do not hesitate to contact our staff at the front desk.
Front desk
The front desk is open around the clock and can be reached by phone 0492 - 798 90. Check-out no later than 11.00, please always check out at the hotel reception before leaving.
Comfort rules
Out of respect for our neighbors, music should be silenced at 22.00 and loud conversations should be silenced at 23.00.
Camping card
The camping card you received at check-in is loaded with SEK 100 and we reserve the amount on your card at check-in. At check-out, we see how much has been used and only charge that amount. The camping card is used in the service building for showers (SEK 5 per shower, 3 min), washing machine and dryer (SEK 30 per program).
If the camping card stops working, it may be because the money has run out, there is a reader in the service building's corridor towards the barbecue area where you can see how much money is left on the card. The front desk will help fill the card if needed.
WiFi
There is WiFi in the area and thus the opportunity to access free internet connection, best connection near the holiday village or near the green house on Niclas runda.

Electric car charging
Electric car charging stations are installed in the carport next to the hotel, charging is done through the "Pair Recharge" app (more information can be found at the chargers).
Fire safety

As the owner of a caravan/motorhome, you are responsible for your fire protection

You should know about the recommended safety distances between camping units.
Caravan and motorhome:
Always at least 2 metres of land to the side of the campsite
Between two tents:
At least 3 meters distance between the tents.

- Caravans should be parked so that the towbar faces the road so that the caravan can be pulled away more easily in the event of a fire.

You may store a maximum of 60 litres of LPG for your own use in the caravan or motorhome. This means two gas bottles of a maximum of 30 litres, one used and one in reserve.
